Return, refund & exchange policy
Orders/products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from indication of delivery as shown through the tracking link for a refund if unused and in like-new condition. If products are not returned in the aforementioned condition, we will send the products back to you as is. Exchanges may take place within this same time frame and also must be in unused and like-new condition, however, you will be required to pay additional postage. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Once refunds are processed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for these to show back on your original payment method. Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Absolutely. If you change your mind prior to or mid-shipping, you can submit a request with your name, email address, and order number and we can process your request as soon as we're able. Please note, if the order has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to provide a refund for the cost of shipping. If an exchange is requested prior to shipping we will change and ship your order, however, If this has already been shipped, we will ask that you deny the package upon delivery and you will be required to pay additional postage for a reshipment. Once we see that tracking has updated as "Return to sender" and you have paid additional postage, we will ship your exchange.
