Orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday (excluding weekends) depending on the amount of traffic we receive. We can usually ship the same business day if an order is placed prior to 2:30PM PST. Selecting a faster shipping method does not reflect a faster processing time.

All unused products purchased through our webstore may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of delivery. These products must be in like-new condition. Once approved for a return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product. After processing the return back at our facilities, we will provide notification of the refund status.
