Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Sure! As long as the order has not yet shipped, we can pull your order and make the requested changes. If the amount is greater than what you had previously paid, we will send you an invoice for this additional cost. If the amount is lower than paid, we will be able to process a refund for the difference 24 hours after the point of initial purchase. Please note that the refund will be processed after 24 hours of initial purchase and will take 3-5 business days to show back on your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course, be sure to contact us as soon as possible and we will process this request. If your order has not yet shipped, we can refund the cost of shipping. If your order has already been shipped, we will ask that you deny the package upon delivery. Once we receive the package back, we will process a refund, shipping cost in this case will not be refundable.
