What is needed to obtain Warranty Service?
We will require your email address, order number, serial number of the device, and a detailed explanation on what you are experiencing with your device. Our customer service team will help to troubleshoot and determine the warranty eligibility of your device. Please submit a warranty request to our team as soon as you are to notice any odd or abnormal behavior from your device. We are unable to service devices outside of this warranty but will honor requests that have been submitted before the 1-year deadline.
